By accessing or using the Vectr website at vectrfl.com (the "Site") or any related services provided by Vectr, Inc. ("Vectr," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Vectr, Inc. Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updated version of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or submit information to us. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are submitting information on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Vectr provides AI-driven precision staffing services for critical industrial outages, including nuclear power, gas turbines, data centers, and semiconductor facilities. The Site provides information about our services and forms through which you may apply for placement or request staffing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or our services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

When you submit information through any form on the Site — including job applications, resumes, contact requests, or staffing inquiries — you represent and warrant that:

• The information is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You have the right to submit the information and to grant the rights described below;
• The information does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

You grant Vectr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process the information you submit solely for the purpose of evaluating your application or responding to your inquiry, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design — are owned by Vectr or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

"Vectr" and the Vectr logo are trademarks of Vectr, Inc. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or our networks;

• Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person;

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION OR INQUIRY DOES NOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT, EMPLOYMENT, OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. ANY DECISIONS REGARDING PLACEMENT ARE MADE AT VECTR'S SOLE DISCRETION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vectr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
